GetMyHomesValue.com, a Lancaster, PA-based provider of real estate leads and services for real estate professionals, has formed a partnership with RemarkableAgents.com, an online business solution service for real estate professionals.
“This partnership will save agents literally THOUSANDS of dollars,” says GetMyHomesValue.com co-founder Dave Conklin. “This is a first. We couldn’t dream of doing this when we were agents. We’re offering our agents a fully customizable, personalized website at no additional cost.”

Dave (Captain) Conklin has been with GetMyHomesValue.com since August 2004. “Captain” is a most fitting name for the man in charge. While his title is not C.O.O., he most certainly is the Chief Operations Officer. Captain orders all the office supplies, runs numerous errands, picks up the mail, and most recently took on all the cleaning duties of the office.
Captain has a vested interest in the Company, because he is the father of one of the owners, Dave Conklin. Captain is a former Navy man, entrepreneur who owned several gas stations, salesperson, and chef. He came out of retirement to keep WebXtreme’s building and operations in great order. The entire staff benefits from his cooking talents when he prepares delicious Employee Appreciation breakfasts and lunches on a weekly basis.
One of Captain’s favorite activities outside of work is babysitting his twin two-year-old grandsons. Captain is active in all of his eight grandchildren’s lives and enjoys time with his wife, son, daughter and their families. On a nice, warm day, you’ll find Captain enjoying a ride on his red motor scooter, his preferred mode of transportation.
Captain enjoys interaction with the employees. This is evidenced in the positive force he is within the Company and this is the reason he was voted Employee of the Month for April 2007 by his peers.
